Once we have issued an acknowledgement, we will source a selection of suitable venues for your review. This selection will be submitted so that you can review them on a like for like basis. At this point you may wish to visit some of the venues so that you can have total reassurance on the capabilities of the venue. As soon as you identify your preference to us, we can confirm the booking where we will issue you with a confirmation.

Normally, once confirmed and contracts are issued, we would then let you deal directly with the venue. However, the majority of our clients request additional services and event management. In such cases, we would quote for the additional work prior to your confirmation.
